From walk­ing into the work­shop to deliv­er­ing the com­plet­ed work the com­pa­ny gave infor­ma­tion and help­ful advice in a friend­ly and polite man­ner. Every­thing was explained clear­ly and we felt con­fi­dent in the ser­vice and the result.

Very help­ful in choos­ing new mate­r­i­al. Work was car­ried out on time and two loan sofas were pro­vid­ed. Very please with results.

After sub­mit­ting a descrip­tion and pho­tos of our beloved chairs online, I was prompt­ly offered a quote and invite to Asnew’s show­room. My vis­it there was very pleas­ant, I was giv­en full atten­tion and friend­ly ser­vice — includ­ing four free sam­ples that were post­ed by mail to me for free. The chairs need­ed reweb­bing and com­plete reuphol­ster­ing. They were col­lect­ed at the agreed time and deliv­ered in two weeks time. Fan­tas­tic work, they are As New indeed! Grant­ed, the work was not cheap, but clear­ly done with love and the result is worth it.

We are delight­ed to have come upon AsNew, entire­ly by chance. The com­pa­ny was prompt in respond­ing and sent their fur­ni­ture expert to hear our require­ments for alter­ing the design of much loved, wood frame sofas. Lawrence redesigned to our phys­i­cal needs. We were invit­ed to go and check that the redesign before com­plet­ing the job. All the staff at AsNew were knowl­edge­able, cour­te­ous and help­ful in mak­ing our choic­es. It was deliv­ered in time, wrap­ping tak­en away. Equal­ly impor­tant­ly, the cost was most rea­son­able and eco­nom­i­cal, in com­par­i­son with oth­er local providers.

First-class work com­plet­ed with­in agreed timescale and at com­pet­i­tive price. Col­lec­tion and deliv­ery exact­ly at times agreed. Rec­om­mend with­out reservation.

I asked Asnew to re-uphol­ster din­ing chairs. Their qual­i­ty of ser­vice from the prompt col­lec­tion of the chairs to the return after the work was com­plete was of the high­est stan­dard. They only took one week to do the work. We are very pleased with the fin­ished product.

The whole process was car­ried over emails and send­ing sam­ples through the post. Gary was extreme­ly help­ful and patient with me and allowed me explore many options before decid­ing. There­after the process was seam­less. They called to arrange col­lec­tion when they said they would and deliv­ered the items back on time. The work was to a high qual­i­ty and the stools look like new. Very hap­py and will use them for future jobs.

A thor­ough­ly pro­fes­sion­al and cour­te­ous ser­vice from begin­ning to end. All our require­ments were under­stood and includ­ed in the fin­ished arti­cles. A huge choice of mate­ri­als and expert guid­ance in mak­ing the final choice. We have no hes­i­ta­tion in rec­om­mend­ing Asnew and will cer­tain­ly use them again.

They car­ried out en excel­lent job, the set­tee is bet­ter than when it was new. Would rec­om­mend them 100%.
