Book a one-hour showroom consultation to discuss your design and technical needs with one of our experts. We’ll work through your ideas to help you find a fabric that suits your upholstery and budget. It’s the perfect opportunity to have a good look through our fantastic fabric library and choose up to 6 samples free of charge to be sent to you at home.
If you cannot get into us or would prefer to discuss things from the comfort of your own home, we can offer you a one-hour virtual video appointment or advice over the phone. By showing us your furniture, windows and room space, we will be able to give advice and assistance based on your needs. This may include advice and guidance for measuring windows, furniture or just a general chat to see how we could help you.

This includes one of our experts measuring any number of windows in your home for curtains and blinds. We’ll measure the windows accurately and discuss and advise on the best options. We can also bring samples of fabrics, tracks, poles and blinds for you to view in your home.
For when you have a larger project, if you’re wanting to create a scheme with multiple elements our ‘At home’ service is the one for you. One of our Designers will visit you in your home and work with you to create an environment you love. From the initial home consultation your needs will be understood and brought to life with floor plans, mood boards, visualisations and much more providing you with a complete design package.

This is the ideal service if you’re looking for a little bit of extra support and guidance through the fabric selection process, we can guide you through the whole experience providing further expert advice and working with you to pull your scheme together. We aim to make your experience as stress free and enjoyable as possible with extra samples, advice and showroom visits you can be sure you’ve made the right decision.

We can offer as much or as little help and advice as you require. If you feel like you need further help and guidance with follow up appointments, then we suggest that you book onto our friendly ‘design consultation service’. See below for more details.
This can be done over the phone or in our showroom. We will discuss your design needs and requirements going through some of our fabric books to better understand the look you want to achieve.
If you’ve decided that you would like to go ahead, then we will arrange a home visit to gain a greater understanding of your needs and requirements. Together, we can discuss ideas, colour palettes, room layout and textiles. We can take accurate room measurements if a scaled floor plan is required to work out furniture placement. From the visit we will have a clear picture of the vision you want to create.
About two weeks after the initial home consultation, you will be invited back into the showroom to allow us to present to you our ideas and to make any final adjustments. You’ll have your mood board/ sample board, to-scale floor plan, design statement and detailed quote.
If you are happy with everything, we can take a 50% deposit and get the work booked in. Alternatively, you can take the presentation home and come back to us when you are ready. Nothing is set in stone and ideas can be changed until you feel content with your choices.

For our commercial/contract customers we can provide a site visit to discuss requirements and take measurements where needed. Both the home and site visits are offered free of charge within the Oxfordshire area, with no obligations to proceed.
