Reupholstered Chairs - St Mary's Convent
St Marys Convent in Wantage approached us with a brief to reupholster over 40 antique chairs as part of a major development.
Each of the chairs were nearly 100 years old and older. They all needed to be fully reupholstered with new foam, springs and webbing. On the initial site visit the furniture was assessed and photographed. Working closely with the convent we carefully selected fabric for the individual chairs focusing on one chair at a time to ensure everything was taken into consideration including the style, shape and colour for the best outcome.

"The work was carried out over a period of 8 months which was partially due to the Coronavirus. We had modern and antique pieces of furniture restored and re-upholstered.
